Kalcium is a small restaurant in the old dairy in Sankt Olof. We work closely with one another, the ingredients and our guests — with set menus, clear craft and close attention to detail.
The working days follow the seasons. At certain times the pace is high, but the operation is small enough for every person to be an important part of the whole. We value quality and precision, as well as teamwork, responsibility and a friendly working environment.
Restaurant experience is valuable, but attitude, curiosity and a desire to develop matter just as much.

For those who enjoy personal hospitality, food and drink, and creating a warm, knowledgeable and relaxed evening for guests.
Farm hotel
Four guest rooms are taking shape in the old stable. In time, we may recruit for breakfast, hotel service, housekeeping and room service.
